In Person Support
ONLINE OR IN-PERSON PRENATAL MEETINGS, IN PERSON SUPPORT FOR BIRTH
This option is for those who live in or near East Central Alabama whose birth setting allows for the presence of a doula. Our meetings during your pregnancy can be online or in-person, depending on your preference. Then on the day of labor I will join you for in-person support.

CONNECTION AND SUPPORT THROUGH TECHNOLOGY
For those who are giving birth in a setting where doulas are not permitted because of COVID-19 precautions, prefer to limit contact, or live outside East Central Alabama, I am now offering a fully online support package for birth preparation and virtual labor support. Our emphasis will be on taking extra time for preparation during pregnancy so that you and your partner are thoroughly ready for birth.
Need a Childbirth Class?
The Birth Village Class is the childbirth prep series I co-teach with Sarah Doyle, the Joyful Doula. Learn from two experienced doulas who know the local birth scene. Even if you decide not to hire a doula, you can be better prepared for birth by taking the Birth Village Class.
The self-paced online version of the Birth Village Class is now included in all of my doula packages.
